40th Ward Flu Shot Event

Our office will be hosting our annual flu shot event on Monday, September 26, from 10 am – 2 pm. This year, the Chicago Department of Public Health will set up their clinic at Mather High School, 5835 N. Lincoln Avenue, right across the street from our service office.

Flu shots are FREE and available to all ages.
