Alderman O’Connor is teaming up with the Chicago Department of Public Health and Blue Cross Blue Shield to bring FREE immunizations to children ages 0-18 years.
Free backpacks to the first 50 school-aged kids to arrive with proof of ward residency!
- October 15 deadline for Chicago Public School students to be up-to-date with immunizations
- all childhood vaccines available except the Chicken Pox vaccine
- Presentation of prior medical immunization records is mandatory
