During the first half of the workshop you will learn about the fascinating way Traditional Chinese Medicine has evolved to its present form in the United States and how the power of Qi is harnessed and balanced to achieve optimal health benefits. This will include an overview of the Traditional Chinese Medicine components of Acupuncture, Acupressure, Cupping, Moxibustion, Gua Sha, Chinese Herbs, and more!

The second half of the workshop applies Traditional Chinese Medicine principles to choosing food combinations and healing digestive systems by Repairing, Rebuilding and Restoring Digestive balance.
