I dip my feet in ecstasy.
The soft petals brush gently against my toes as I play with them once more;
They fiddle and they tease, and I find myself at ease;
It’s an uncanny feeling, as complex patterns frame the mind;
Does it remind me of the velvet or the silk? I'm unable to decide;
Silence prevails, but how long shall it last? I now hear sounds;
The petals are whispering, they tell me their story;
The excitement, the anxiety; The flawlessness in the air;
Will cast its shadow yet again;
But wait....
