Beer & Cheese & Cured Meats
Provenance Food & Wine, The Grafton Pub and West Loop Salumi are teaming up!
On Thursday, October 24, starting at 7PM guests will be able to enjoy a night of pairings: craft beer, artisan cheeses and dry cured meats.
Meats- Finnocchiona, Barolo & Bresaola
Cheeses- Jacob & Brichford Arabella, Cabot Clothbound Cheddar, Carr Valley 6 Year Cheddar & Hook's Blue
Beer- to be determined, styles and brands will be announced the week of October 1st.
Tickets will go fast, they're only $30 and include all the beer and food.
