Bloom Yoga Studio: Family Yoga
Invite the child inside you to be curious and kind, while nurturing the seed of yoga in your children! Get the whole family moving with this Family Yoga workshop, taught by Nicole Cheeseman.
This 75-minute workshop is for 2-year-olds and older, along with at least 1 caregiver. Nicole will engage the whole family in yoga poses and practices, weaving in playful poses and creative movement, including activities that you can revisit at home. This is a great opportunity to nurture your child's playful mind while learning and exploring yoga.
Appropriate for strong walkers and older children. No yoga experience necessary.
