Join Audrey Adams LPC, InPowered's newest child therapist for this FREE fun family party designed to calm your child's anxiety and worries. Enjoy fun halloween music while making crafts including a BOO Box to feed your worries to and learn leaf breathing to calm your child's body. Enjoy treats and hot apple cider.

Leaf Decorating and instructions on how to engage in LEAF Breathing
