Craft Your Signature BBQ Rub Workshop

Craft YOUR Signature BBQ Rub! From 7-9 pm on Thursday July 10th we'll show you how to make your own BBQ Rubs from scratch.  We'll discuss: grinding, blending, ths characteristics of several varieties of key ingredients such as salts, paprikas, chiles, and peppers, unique spices and herbs that will set your BBQ rubs apart from the pack, how to craft for a variety of proteins, and test methodology (yes..season, bbq, eat...repeat).  Each participant will also receive a $10 Gift Card to start creating their very own rub!
