Dharma Yoga - Basics I Course

4 Week Series in Dharma I for Beginners

This four week course meets once a week on Monday evenings.  Never taken a yoga class before?  No worries!  All students will be led and helped according to their individual needs and abilities.  Emphasis in the course will be placed on learning the Level I Postures as well as the important breathing exercises, which are key in restoring vitality and a balanced functioning of the inner workings of the body and mind.  All sessions will conclude with a guided deep realization to rebalance and restore.
