FIVE TANGO SENSATIONS Concert featuring Bandoneonist Sebastien Innocenti, France

Sebastien Innocenti is helping to develop a new trajectory for tango music by working with composers such as Gustavo Beytelmann, Ramiro Gallo, or Roger Hellou and Tomas Gubitsch. He began his classical training on accordion (Bayan) in the class of Christiane Bonnay. In 2007 he graduated with a Diploma in electroacoustic composition in the class of Mario Marry. In 2006 in Paris he received the Prize of the President of the Republic (1st prize in the national competition Unaf) Classic soloist category. Sébastien Innocenti was unanimously accepted at the National Conservatory of Music and Dance in Paris (Paris Conservatory) in the class of Max Bonnay. After entering the conservatory he studied bandoneon with Juan Jo Mosalini Gennevilliers.

 

A chamber musician as well, Sebastien plays with Respiro Tango Quintet and Quartet Susana Blaszko, and has performed with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte-Carlo, the Orchestra of the nice Opera, the Paris Opera Orchestra and the Orchestra soloists of Versailles. Sebastien seeks to discover the richness of his instrument, performing a repertoire ranging from Baroque transcription works (Bach, Rameau) to the modern literature of tango (Beytelmann, Gubitsch, Mosalini ...). Sébastien was aided in his study of tango by pianist and Argentine composer Gustavo Beytelmann, and by attending master classes and tango workshops in France and abroad.
