Connect to something bigger than yourself
The rhythms and cycles of nature were once all the guidance we had as humans. The sun, moon, four directions, seasons, and elements all gave unique insight and purpose to our lives, uniting us in community and ritual. Somewhere along the way, we have forgotten that we are nature. We’ve lost our connection to our Earthly roots and rituals that allow us to intentionally connect to ourselves and others. Full Moon circles are an ancient way to gather in community using the cycles of the moon as our guiding force.
Full moons represent the culmination of a lunar cycle, heightening emotions and energy. Full moons invite us to gather, celebrate, and give gratitude to all we have gained and moved through over the past month. Simultaneously, full moons provide a time to let go and release whatever no longer serves you or your goals and desires.
What to expect during this workshop-
We will begin by tuning into the energy of the full moon by understanding the astrological background and what the current full moon is offering us to reflect on.
We will then move into a grounding meditation that leads into a 45 minute yin flow designed to help us slow down and release within our energetic bodies.
Afterwards, we will engage in a journaling practice with guiding prompts to help us reflect and identify what we are each hoping to let go of this Full moon. Using what came up in the journaling practice, we will engage in a full moon fire release ritual, and end with a communiTEA sharing circle.
This unique space is a chance to slow down and reflect, while connecting with your authentic nature and the support of community.
