Although she is an acting student, Fine suffers from not being seen. She lacks the self confidence to uninhibitedly storm the stage. When a well known director invites her for an audition, Fine gets a chance at her first big part that she in no way wants to lose.

As she slips into another identity, Fine puts herself in the hands of her director who lets her go through hell without psychologically rescuing her. A dangerous game in which she forgets her own strengths and becomes her own enemy.
