Guided Reiki Meditation - in person and virtual with Tiffany Ketchmark
Join Tiffany for this Reiki infused guided meditation as we quiet our mind, and open our hearts to embrace and connect with our spirit guides. During this workshop we will move through some gentle asanas and breathwork before moving into a deeper meditation infused with Reiki.
Our habitual mind is constantly distracted by the past and the future, and it rarely rests in nowness. Meditation is an ancient practice that has been used for centuries to assist in daily living, as well as used as a tool to access the higher realms of our consciousness. It is a practice that allows us a better, clearer and more accurate look into ourselves. As we learn to visit this place inside ourselves, we decide what to give our attention to, and what thoughts, desires, and feelings we wish to manifest in the present.
This meditation will be infused with Reiki, a Japanese healing technique that moves life force energy through the physical, emotional, and spiritual body. This offers many beneficial effects that include relaxation, feelings of peace, and overall wellbeing. Receiving Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of physical and spiritual healing that everyone can experience. Please come with an intention and open mind.
