Hand Embroidery Retreat: Repetition and Relaxation

The art of hand embroidery has been admired for centuries, and is currently popular in the DIY scene. It’s repetitive nature and rewarding textures make this craft irresistible to put down! In this retreat, relax and socialize with classmates as you master popular stitches such as french knots, bullions knots, turkey work and the spider web. You’ll work on a hand screen-printed sampler, designed by the instructor exclusively for the retreat, and leave compelled to stitch more of your own designs! This retreat also includes a healthy and tasty catered lunch, plus 10 minute chair massages for a little afternoon break from stitching!
