Introduction to Yin with Ania Plachta
This Introduction to Yin workshop will provide participants with insights into the physical, emotional, and neurological advantages that Yin yoga offers.
We will integrate breathwork techniques, empowering individuals to sync their breath with the poses, fostering a profound sense of relaxation in both mind and body.
