Introduction to Yin with Ania Plachta
This Introduction to Yin workshop will provide participants with insights into the physical, emotional, and neurological advantages that Yin yoga offers.
We will integrate breathwork techniques, empowering individuals to sync their breath with the poses, fostering a profound sense of relaxation in both mind and body. Emphasis will be placed on the mindfulness that accompanies each pose, inviting practitioners to embrace the potential for a meditative state with every movement. Participants will then be guided through a well-rounded Yin Yoga practice. Drawing upon the techniques discussed earlier, attendees will have the opportunity to embody the principles of Yin, allowing them to fully embrace its transformative effects.
