Kulturküche: Rouladen Cooking Class

Many remember Jay Frank of Crestline Entertainment from Stammtisch some years ago when he led the group in energetic line dancing sessions. Now Jay is back in a culinary role to share the secrets of traditional Rouladen, based on a recipe his mother used. Are you hungry yet? Jay has tested and perfected this recipe with a couple of updates, and hopes to share this special German dish featuring beef rolled up with flavorful ingredients. Parents are encouraged to bring their young culinarians to this lively, hands-on class! Note the special time on Saturday, March 18 at 12:30 pm on the 5th floor. Just follow your nose. And hurry, this class will fill up fast! Due to space, time, and noise considerations, the class will be limited to a maximum of 26. This class is best suited for people ages 10+.
