Kulturküche Cooking Class - Rahm Schnitzel

Come join us for Kulturküche, our German inspired, specialty cooking class! Lincoln Square's own Chef Carol Himmel will teach students how to make Rahm Schnitzel - a delectable pork tenderloin in a mushroom cream gravy - all from scratch.

Carol has been dishing up scrumptious, homemade meals at her family's neighborhood restaurant, Himmel's, for years. Rahm Schnitzel is one of the meals Carol learned to make by watching her mother after the family moved from Germany to Chicago. So whether you're interested in German cuisine or simply enjoy toying in the kitchen, you must add this event to your calendar.
