Join the 40th and 47th Ward offices for a public meeting to discuss development opportunities and vision for the Lawrence/Western intersection, NW corner (currently 5th/3rd Bank building).

Currently, private purchasers (the Hubbard Street Group) have announced their intention to develop the 5th/3rd Bank building site by-right (without a zoning change).

In the interests of clearly communicating community priorities in advance of any construction, Ald. Vasquez is seeking feedback at this visioning session.
