The 12th Annual Lycée Français de Chicago French Market will take place December 2-4, 2016 at the school’s Lincoln Square campus. For one weekend, the Lyceé will be transformed into a bustling Parisian Marché. The three-day event, which draws upwards of 2,000 local attendees each year, features 70 local and French artisan vendors selling goods including apparel and accessories, jewelry, decorative art, fine wares, wood works, home décor, stationery, gourmet food, and more. Not to be missed is the family-run French Bistrot, where attendees can enjoy home-cooked French dishes, such as boeuf bourguignon, croque monsieur and quiche, while the Lycée Gourmet will feature delectable French baked goods, all prepared by parents. All proceeds will support student programs and resources at the Lycée Français de Chicago, including financial aid and classroom enhancements.
