Now more than ever, we are being called to slow down, tune in, and unveil the peace, stillness, and love that radiate within us. In these turbulent times, finding peace and stillness can be complicated. Many of us feel overwhelmed by the challenges of our lives and world events, finding it difficult to step back and turn inward.
Join Eurika for a 90-minute workshop to unplug from your daily grind and tap into your inner resources.
During this workshop, you will be guided through:
• Teaching and practice on Self-Compassion
• Daily mindfulness tools to support your nervous system and stress response
• Floor-based gentle-restorative yoga practice
• 30-minute guided sound healing session with crystal bowls and chimes
This workshop is designed to help you surrender to the tenderness of the present moment and lean into your inner resources and wisdom, reminding you that you are already whole and innately complete.
No prior yoga, meditation or sound healing experience is required to attend this workshop. All bodies and lived experiences are welcome. Handouts with workshop notes will be provided for you to take home.
