During the 90-minute workshop, you'll be guided through the following:
* A brief teaching on the practice of being present
* Self-regulation tools to support you in everyday life
* Active, floor-focused yoga practice and passively held, propped restorative poses
* Simple breath practice to induce relaxation response
* 30-minute guided sound healing with crystal bowls and chimes
This workshop is designed to help you illuminate and replenish all layers of yourself for a more present, balanced, and grounded state of being.
No prior experience in yoga or sound healing is required to attend this workshop. All bodies and nervous systems are welcome. Handouts with workshop notes will be provided for you to take home.
