BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! Peter Andros, The Sausage Konig and writer of The Roaming Gastrognome, is coming to teach us how to make sausage! Join us February 23 from 7-9pm! Peter will cover: cuts of meat, casings, spices and flavorings, and of course health and safety issues. We'll also cook some up on the grill so you can taste!
