Senior Wellness Fair

Enjoy a presentation about heart helth from Dr. Kamran Aslam, an electrophysiologist from Swedish Covenant Hospital, followed by a light chair exercise session with a fitness expert from Galter Life Center.  Body mass index, blood pressure, balance and other screenings will be offered.
