Sound Magic: Gong Immersion with Crystal Bowls

Allow yourself to decompress and to experience a unique inward journey for your body, mind, and spirit. Physical sound vibrations invite a deep, meditative state while they entrain the brain to move from beta to alpha-theta waves. Jitka and John help you relax by weaving a tapestry of magical sounds using gongs, crystal bowls, singing bowls, chimes and other instruments.

Sound Magic is composed of Jitka and John Yost. John has been using music to connect people to themselves and their communities worldwide for over 30 years. John is a degreed percussionist, a Village Music Global Trainer and a Remo endorsee. John has studied and performed with many gong, djembe, and taiko masters. Jitka has been a massage therapist for over two decades. She blends bodywork, energy work, and sound immersion techniques to facilitate deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Advanced registration is mandatory as space is limited.
