State of the Neighborhood

Join the Lincoln Square Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce for a special edition of the State of the Neighborhood on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 8:30am. This special event will allow member businesses to discuss upcoming development projects and current studies happening in the area with 40^th Ward Alderman Andre Vasquez and 47^th Ward Alderman Matt Martin. 

Projects for discussion include:

• 4715 N Western Avenue (Western & Leland Parking Lot)
• Lawrence & Western 5/3 Bank Redevelopment
• CTA Station Area Study
• Western Avenue Corridor Study
• Leland Avenue Greenway
• Lincoln Avenue North Streetscape and the LANA District
• Lawrence Avenue Streetscape status
• Lincoln & Winnemac stalled development (previous Boomer’s strip mall)
• Lincoln & Foster Redevelopment (previous Jimmy’s Pizza location)

RSVP required for the State of the Neighborhood.  Breakfast is included.

* Due to limited space, the maximum number of attendees per business or organization is limited to 2 people.  Businesses must be current members of the Lincoln Square Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce.
