$85 Donation includes sublime, delightful beer and light appetizers, and an opportunity to help STOP Foodborne Illness -- as well networking to the sounds of some great jazz by Lee Alec Barrie. Dovetail Brewery is Chicago's newest craft brewery. Certified master brewers Hagen Dost and Bill Wesselink have generously opened their brewery to STOP for this benefit. Guests will enjoy their traditional German-style Lager, a Bavarian-style Hefeweizen and a Franconian-style Rauchbier.
"A visit to new Dovetail Brewery is 'a must for any serious beer lover. You're unlikely to taste a better lager this year." - Josh Noel, Chicago Tribune
