Summer Spices and Cocktails Workshop

Back by Popular Demand!  Join Savory Spice Shop and The Grafton Pub as we get all mad scientist-like with spices and booze. The class starts at Savory Spice Shop with a workshop on using herbs and spices in summer cocktails. We'll talk about which spices work well with which liquors and then demonstrate how easy it is to create exciting and challenging combinations of flavors in simple syrups to enliven your cocktails.  The class then heads down the street to the The Grafton Pub (4530 N. Lincoln) where you will enjoy a flight of mini-cocktails crafted with the syrups we created OR you can put on the lab coat and (using our syrups) create the cocktail you've been dreaming about.
