Throughout May, Swedish Covenant Health is partnering with local organizations to host wellness events to encourage community members to take steps toward healthier lifestyles habits.  Click here to learn more.

To cap off the month long initiative, SCH will be hosting their Summer Social on Sunday, June 2nd.  The event will include many family-friendly activities including fitness challenges, nutrition tips, healthy food samples, mini fitness classes and more.
