Teens in Toyland Gift Drive

Help Lawrence Hall share the ?reason for the season? by attending Bank of America Cinema?s Classic Films Series featuring Babes in Toyland. Gather your friends and family for a special screening of this holiday classic and help bring some holiday magic to at-risk teens who will be in Lawrence Hall?s programs during the holiday season.

Prescreening Reception
begins at 6:30 PM in the 2nd floor lobby
(includes snacks, refreshments, preferred seating and presentation on the history of the film)

Screening at 8:00 PM

TICKET PRICES:
$25 for adults
$10 for children under 12

Admission is free for attendees who bring a $25 gift card for Lawrence Hall?s Wish List Drive. Suggested donations include: gift cards to department stores, grocery stores, restaurant chains and debit cards.


Donations of canned goods, grocery gift cards and non-perishables are also needed to create food baskets for over 200 families.

Film Summary: Ollie Dee and Stanley Dum try to borrow money from their employer, the toymaker, to pay off the mortgage on Mother Peep's shoe and keep it and Little Bo Peep from the clutches of the evil Barnaby. When that fails, they trick Barnaby into marrying Stanley Dum instead of Bo Peep. Enraged, Barnaby unleashes the bogeymen from their caverns to destroy Toyland.
