We're pairing up 3 aperitifs with 3 digestifs and some delicious flavors served up by Chef Sarah in between each round. While sipping, Sonat will enlighten the crowd on this often misunderstood tradition. It's about enjoying yourself, investigating great spirits, and a little bit of the science behind it all!
