Dayana Hemelberg is a life designer and certified life coach who blends the precision of engineering with the art of human transformation. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, she built a 16-year career in Silicon Valley leading global teams and optimizing systems until she discovered her real passion: helping people navigate change.

Trained under the mentorship of a UCSF neuroscientist, she integrates science and spirituality in her approach. Her methodology draws from product design principles developed at Stanford University, adapted to empower individuals to intentionally shape their lives. She believes that lasting transformation begins with self-awareness and alignment with our inner intelligence. As a director and board member at Intelligent Life, she to explore the intersection of evolution and human potential. Dayana is also a board member and a mentor in the mentorship program of The Poderosas.

In her work, she invites women to access their feminine power, not as a reaction to the world, but as a creative force. Through her sessions, she helps clients reconnect with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. Her mission is simple yet profound: to help others design lives that reflect who they truly are.
