RELAX AND SOOTHE AWAY STRESS WITH YOUR PARTNER ON VALENTINE'S DAY
Unwind and soothe away stress by relieving muscle tension, deepening your breath and body awareness, and connecting with your partner. This class will guide you through giving and receiving simple and effective massage techniques for each area of the body. Emphasis will be placed on breath awareness (while giving and receiving) and "listening" to both your own body and your partner's body. Learn ways to help yourself and your partner relax, as you deepen your connection with self and with each other.
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing, as you'll be learning floor-based massage techniques, and get ready to relax! Each couple should bring 2 pillows and a yoga mat (if you have one.)
This workshop is not appropriate for pregnant women, as prenatal massage techniques differ and won't be taught in this workshop.
The workshop will be followed by beverages and dessert
