Join this virtual workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and nurture both body and mind. We will learn simple mindfulness meditation techniques to cultivate presence, reduce stress, and bring awareness to each moment. This gentle yoga practice will weave mindfulness meditation throughout the practice. You will be encouraged to move with intention while honoring your own body’s needs.
 
No previous meditation or yoga experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to pause…and be.
 
Together, these practices of mindfulness meditation and gentle yoga create a supportive space where breath, movement, and awareness come together. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, centered, and grounded, with practical tools to weave mindfulness into your daily life. This workshop is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday routines and discover the extraordinary calm that can be found in ordinary moments.
