Perfect for anyone who is new to yoga, Bloom's 4-week virtual 101 series provides a solid foundation in the essential yoga poses, breath practices, and mindfulness techniques right from the comfort of your own home. Each session builds on the previous one, allowing you to absorb and apply what you’ve learned so that you’ll feel prepared for our ongoing classes. Get a thorough introduction to yoga from an experienced teacher. Join a virtual community of other brand new beginners as you look in-depth at the most commonly practiced poses, and take advantage of the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Included in this workshop series you will receive complimentary weekly handouts with practice tips, pose pictures and names, an intro to philosophy, and FAQs to support your learning.
Can''t attend live? No problem! Sessions will be recorded and made available to participants for 30 days following the session. Pre-registration is required.
