Celebrate the 4th of July with
Winnemac Fourth for All
A celebration of community and country with disc golf, food trucks, and kids activities – culminating with a live performance by Full Moon Jam, a troupe of fire performers and drummers – in Winnemac Park.
Schedule of Events:
All Day - Disc Golf Tourney and Exhibition:
9 am- 3 pm Disc golf Tourney Competitive play
9 am- 7 pm Disc golf Practice-and-learn play
Food Truck Schedule:
2 pm – 10 pm Reggie’s On Wheels, serving hotdogs, hamburgers, pulled pork sandwiches, and beverages
4 pm - 10 pm 5411 Gourmet Empanadas, serving empanadas, vegetarian options, and beverages
4 pm – 10 pm Kona Ice, serving shaved ice beverages and treats
Free Activities and Entertainment for All: (Gratuities welcome)
4 pm – 5 pm 60-minute yoga class Instructed by Bloom Yoga
4 pm - 8 pm Face painting and tattoos Hosted by Heart of Lincoln Square
4 pm - 6 pm Accordion music Daniel Garcia of Light Up Tunes
4:30 pm Interactive close-up magic Magician Rob Mendell of Card Magic
4:30 pm Balloon animals Magician Jay Collen of SUCH MAGIC!
5 pm - 5:30 pm Aikido demonstration Presented by Kiku Matsu Dojo

Special thanks to the Chicago Disc Golf Authority for orchestrating the all-day event open to pros and beginners (ages 5 and up). Also, to Light Up Tunes for accordion music, Rob Mendell of Card Magic, Jay Collen Magician and Twister of Balloons, and many supporters including the office of Alderman Andre Vasquez (40th Ward) and the Chicago Park District.
WFFA is being produced to comply with Illinois and Chicago Park District laws that prohibit the use of fireworks.
