Join Judy Raddue for Introduction to Yoga for Healthy Aging One of the
truest facts of life is that - if we’re lucky - we will age. As yoga
practitioners, we can’t change this, but we can adapt our practice to
support/cultivate strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular
health. In this workshop, classical yoga poses are modified with
dynamic movement (easing the impact on joints) while building
strength with the use of blocks and/or a Theraband.
