Menopause is not a problem, a mistake, a disease, or something to “just suffer through.” It is a huge transitional period in every woman’s life. Along this journey, which may last several years, there can be lots of symptoms that come and go, or even come and stay for a while! This series of classes will look at 4 themes of Menopause and will offer a series of practices that utilize gentle movement, breathwork, visualization, meditation and restorative yoga that support these specific symptoms of perimenopause and post-menopause.
These classes are meant to help in reducing symptoms, sooth emotions, ease overwhelm, rest and restore, and revitalize and rejuvenate. Come join other women in this stage of life and practice together in a safe and welcoming space.

Karen Plumley is a yoga teacher of over 15 years and Certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She is excited to be offering this series of classes so that women have a sacred space to practice yoga in a way that honors this time of life. No experience is necessary!! Come as you are.
