L&M is seeking enthusiastic Full-Time or Part-Time Team Members with flexible schedules to join our busy, high volume deli and coffee shop. If you thrive in a bustling, fast-paced environment and love delivering top-notch hospitality, we want to hear from you!
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $17.05 / hour
- Tips: Additional $3.00 to $4.00 / hour (average)
- Perks: Standard Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick leave
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Prior experience as a barista, restaurant team member, or cheesemonger is a major plus!
- Availability: Flexible schedule required for part time employees, Some evening and weekend shifts are required for everyone.
- Skills: Exceptional customer service skills and a natural ability to multitask under pressure.
- Proactive Mindset: Someone who can independently identify what needs to be done—keeping the coffee bar and retail floor fully stocked, spotless, and ready for high-volume business.
- Forward Thinker: Ability to anticipate needs and prepare days in advance so our team is set up for success during our very busy weekends.
