Caregiver/ Home Health Aide

Responsibilities

Provide personal care giving services in accordance with a customized direct care plan. At Comprehensive Home Care Services, we treat all our clients like family! Our caregivers/ home health care aides provide the following:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Prepare meals and special diet accommodations for nutrition and dietary management
• Perform general housekeeping such as cleaning, and laundry and linen care
• Provide transportation assistance to and from activities
• Provide compassionate companionship to patients
• Complete daily progress reports
• Provide medication reminders as advised
• Accompany client on walking, and light exercise
• Required Qualifications
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work responsibly with confidential information
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to legally work in the US
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have updated medical physical and TB positive test res
