Full building permit issued for development at 4640 N. Western

A full building permit has been issued for a mixed-use development located at 4640 N. Western. Planned by Macon Construction, the project site spans along N. Western Ave from the CTA Western Brown Line tracks down to W. Eastwood Ave where the project’s address listed in permits is 2406 W. Eastwood. Two existing buildings on the site were demolished, and the new development will incorporate a third building that sits adjacent to the CTA tracks. Read More Here.
